It is very low impact and easy on the joints; however, you are exercising the whole body which is key to burning fat. Swimming has always been one of the top exercises for the body because of the many areas of the body it affects.

Combining swimming 3 to 5 times a week along with some of the same foods mentioned above will have your waistline reducing in just a few weeks I'm sure. Don't forget about the water for maximum results.
